At PGCC you can expect to be welcomed by everyone you meet as soon as you walk in the door. There’s no dress code here, and we don’t expect you to be perfect, either. Simply come as you are – but we guarantee that you won’t leave as you came.

Sunday School

Before the main service on Sunday, you have an opportunity to learn at a more personal level with your peers. We offer classes at 9:45 a.m. for every age group. There is both a co-ed and a ladies-only adult class, as well as classes for the youth (high school and middle school), the younger children, and nursery.

Sunday Worship Service

At 11:00 a.m. every week we come together to learn about and worship God. Here you will be able to freely worship through music, preaching and opportunities to give. No two weeks are exactly the same as you can expect both traditional and contemporary music styles as well as fresh, challenging sermons about the things that matter.

We offer a nursery ministry to be of service to families with infants. Our experienced volunteers will take care of your infant children during Morning Worship.  All of our nursery volunteers go through a screening process with the Virginia State Police.

Tots’ Church

During our Sunday Morning Worship, we also provide a Tots’ Church for children ages 3-6.  After our pastor shares a children’s sermon with them (called “Time With My Buddies”) they are then released to go to the Christian Education Wing for a time of games, snacks, and a lesson in God’s Word complete with crafts, again overseen by our screened, experienced volunteers.

Wednesday Family Night

Opportunities to learn and to build lasting friendships are available on Wednesday evenings at Family Night. For the children it’s our KFC group – Kids For Christ. There is an exciting 29eleven Youth Ministry for the teenagers (the 29eleven is for Jeremiah 29:11 – check it out!) – full of games, music, and fun (yet important) lessons for life. The adults also get together to pray, sing, and then chat about God, faith, and life in general.

You may also participate in a covered-dish meal shared beforehand. There’s nothing like eating dinner with people who value your friendship – so come on out and bring a friend or two . . . or even the whole family!
